This means that males between the age of 19 and 39 are the most common aggressive drivers.

Most People Who Are the Victims of Aggressive Driving Will Return the Gestures

Aggressive drivers do more than just cause accidents – they can cause others to drive aggressively too. A study found that just over half of drivers who experience aggressive driving behavior from someone else will respond with their own aggressive behavior. This includes things like honking, making rude gestures, or tailgating.

Some People Regularly Drive Aggressively

About one out of every 50 drivers admits that, at some point in their driving lives, they have tried to run an aggressive driver off the road. Nearly 1% admit that they regularly block other vehicles from changing lanes, 0.3% admit that they purposely cut off other vehicles regularly, and 0.1% admit that they frequently bump or ram other vehicles on purpose.
